Position Overview
The Business Development Representative will prospect into targeted territory accounts to increase productivity of Autodesk's sales teams by identifying revenue opportunities with well-qualified prospects. You will interact with clients of all levels, in different industries and across a broad geographical area. You will not close the sale. You will report to Sales Development Hub Manager in India.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Demand Generation and Account Executives to build a qualified pipeline of customers.
Prospect customers by applying outbound medium technologies to promote Autodesk solutions.
Identify target markets, develop leads and directly prospect into those accounts
Transition qualified opportunities to the appropriate inside sales representative.
Map important partners, technical requirements and business process on all deals.
Improve additional revenue opportunities by applying incremental programs or projects initiated by sales management.
Manage a database of leads in Salesforce.com, processing all opportunities, tracking, reporting and maintaining them until they are established in the sales pipeline
Proficient in identifying important decision makers in other organizations within the accounts to find additional sales opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
Any graduate with any stream
5 – 7 relevant experiences in Business Development in technology industry
Sound knowledge of sales performance metrics
Experience with different sales techniques.
Experience in BD in AEC/D&M or M&E vertical!
This is a Hybrid work environment.
