Position Overview

This position will be based in our Enterprise Delivery Center, located in Bangalore, India. Our Service Delivery Center is focused on customer satisfaction and is comprised of experienced and well-motivated Support Analysts. You will be a part of a high-volume service delivery centre with expectations around excellence and efficient resolution for SAP-SD support incidents. You will be focused on incident management and resolution for application business support service for our global customers and client services teams working in tandem with our onsite teams

Responsibilities

• System administration and Operations support of the SAP landscape, including S4/HANA and Basis support of SAP ABAP

• Administration of SAP Cloud platform, Cloud Foundry Neo services - tenant provision / fixing issues/ support, administration / monitoring / service management /user management / connectivity, Maintenance of global accounts, management of directories and subaccounts, and configuration of entitlements, quotas, spaces

• Cloud Migration Planning: assess existing infrastructure and applications, understand our needs and technical requirements, develop detailed migration plans and timelines to move applications and data to the AWS cloud while minimising downtime

• AWS Service Selection: recommend the most appropriate solutions for each migration project. Consider factors such as application architecture, data storage, security, and scalability while choosing the right AWS services

• Environment Setup and Configuration: Configure AWS environments to support the migration process, VPC creation, network configurations, security groups, and other necessary components

• SAP Basis administration Support, Problem analysis & resolution, Database support in activities related to SAP and other activities required to maintain system integrity and maximize uptime

• Performance monitoring & tuning, Problem analysis & resolution

• Maintain operational readiness of SAP applications and provide 24/7 support.

• Work with other teams to resolve problems

• Perform system refreshes to support QA and project testing

• Implement documented procedures and workaround steps to address common issues

• Identify and fix system issues through monitoring and early watch reports

• Build Disaster Recovery procedures

• Collaborate with multiple teams in investigating problems and provide root cause analysis during major and important outages

• Perform deployments as part of Business Flexible Releases

• Work with internal customers to understand requirements and implement configuration changes

• Guide and improve performance, scalability and availability of application resources

• Automate manual processes; Implement preventative and corrective measures

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field

• 5 or more years of experience in SAP Application Maintenance and Support

• 4 -5 years should have hands on experience (mainly administration) in the products like SAPCloud platform, Cloud Foundry Neo services

• Hands on experience in HANA (implementation or production support project experience)

• Experience in SAP Basis with HANA, S/4HANA, SAP FIORI and SAP SLT

• Experience in setting up transport management system and working with transports

• Experience with SAP BPC and Solution Manager

• Available for shift work
