At Autodesk, our team is globally responsible for Sales Planning, addressing complex planning challenges using the Salesforce Platform. We work in a collaborative environment alongside our finance and sales departments. We are looking for individuals who have experience with technology, a curiosity for solving planning problems, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Participate in Salesforce.com (SFDC) Project Implementation.
Design/configuring, developing, testing, training, documenting and deploying high quality code and following best practices on the platform
Understand business and system processes to make recommendations and propose technical solutions to cater to our requirements
Understand and work with big data for use in Salesforce and other Systems
Work with data ETL teams to move data in and out of Salesforce to other upstream/ downstream systems
Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code
Pre-Requisites:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent), with minimum 5-7 years' experience as Salesforce developer
Experience in Salesforce Lightning and Lighting Web Components is important
Salesforce Certification/s such as Administrator and Platform Developer I are mandatory
Experience as a consultant.
Fundamental concepts in Salesforce (application, data and security) and best practices
Strong product configuration and technical skills such as LWC,Apex, Visualforce, Java, etc.
Experience approaching a problem from different angles, analysing pros and cons of different solutions and experience in both process and solution analysis
Strong interpersonal skills, results oriented and ability to work independently and effectively in a global team environment
Ability to deliver working solutions on a tight schedule and fast-paced environment
Experience communicating updates and resolutions to customers and other partners.
