Position Overview

This is an exciting time to join us on our multi-year journey to improve the Design to Manufacture world with Fusion 360 by delivering unprecedented value and converging workflows with cloud-based technology. We are combining many world leading technologies and teams into the Fusion 360 family.

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to act as the focal point of a development teams. You will work with product management and experience design to collect and prioritize user requirements. You will then work with the scrum teams to produce working software to meet these requirements, helping them to course-correct along the way, helping in the review, planning, and retrospective of sprints. You will be the product owner for a multi-platform project spanning both client and server implementations, and coordinate efforts across platform targets while ensuring technical dependencies are coordinated and fulfilled. You will report to a Software Development Senior Manager and we will support hybrid work environment and location is based in Pune.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product management, experience design, software architects, leadership, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and communicate the vision to the engineering team

• Clearly express backlog items, partnering with scrum teams to break down requirements into epics and user stories

• Prioritize the product backlog, ensuring incremental delivery of business value over time

• Ensure that the backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all to the level needed

• Review deliverables of the sprints and provide feedback to the scrum teams

• Communicate status and deliverables to stakeholders and collect feedback for the engineering team

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant software development experience in large back-end distributed systems and cloud computing

• 2+ years of prior work experience as a Product Owner (or a Project/Product Manager in an agile environment)

• Experience in projects involving services in the cloud accessed through web, mobile, and desktop

• Ability to work with teams distributed across multiple locations and time zones

• Strong planning and dependency management skills

• Strong understanding and successful application of Scrum and other agile software development methodologies

• Working to identify scope and owner, and consulting and communication with stakeholders

• Strong collaboration skills, able to work with a diverse team of engineers, product managers, and experience designers to align and deliver high quality, high impact solutions

• Delivering a best-in-class customer and developer experience

• Commitment to continuous improvement of technical and non-technical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in building platform-centric projects

• Experience in using Jira, Confluence

• Experience working in Agile environments

• Real-world experience with Autodesk software Fusion 360

• Graduation in an engineering field
