Position Overview

We are looking for an accomplished Implementation Consultant (AEC), to join our consulting team in Korea, as part of Enterprise Customer Success working with Autodesk's Enterprise customers.

This position combines your AEC industry experience with your in depth understanding of design, engineering or construction processes.

You will work directly with our enterprise customers to offer consulting services including process and workflow review/development, implementation and deployment strategies, software training and technical guidance as well as industry expertise to ensure customers are maximizing the value from their investment in Autodesk technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Autodesk consulting engagements with customers

• Create and manage processes, priorities and deliverables

• Demonstrate proposed solutions and product overviews and relate them to the customer's business issues

• Communicate to customers via a range of means including guides, process diagrams, flow charts, and best practices guides

• Configure solutions based on product capabilities and customer requirements

• Define migration approach of customer data and standards into Autodesk products

• Apply Autodesk product sets to detailed industry requirements and workflows

• Guide customers in the best application of Autodesk products; define and document detailed use cases

• Drive and confirm adoption and consumption through presentations, tests, training and mentoring of solution details

• (May) develop systems architecture, develops and tests codes and implements solutions

• (May) develop custom modules using various technical skills including programming knowledge. This includes working with customers on a 3rd party solution or train customer's programmers on customizing Company solution

• Build relationship with key internal stakeholders including product team(s) to ensure you are across product roadmap(s)

Minimum Qualifications

• Solid industry experience in Architecture, Engineering ＆ Construction

• Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling)

• User experience with Autodesk such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.

• Ideally previous experience in consulting / professional services

• Innovative, creative thinker with a strong business acumen

• Well-organized, goal-oriented, collaborative and responsible style of work, able to manage multiple projects at one time while displaying an outstanding customer focus

• Love to learn and enjoy solving problems

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Korean and English
