Autodeskでは、ネームドアカウントテクニカルセールス組織にて、製造、エンジニアリング、プラント業向けのソリューション・エンジニアを募集しています。

ソリューション・エンジニア（Solutions Engineer）は、ネームドアカウント（Named Account）チームと連携しながら顧客と会話し、顧客の技術およびビジネス要求を理解した上で要求を満たすソリューションを提案することがミッションです。そのためには、セールス、カスタマーサクセス、コンサルティング、マーケティングと密接に連携し、顧客の環境、課題、および要件を明確に理解することが含まれます。

募集しているポジションは、製造、エンジニアリング、プラント業向けのソリューション・エンジニアで、顧客の工場やプラントのサイト、施設および設備のライフサイクルに合わせたソリューションを定義・提案し、ネームドアカウント顧客のデジタルトランスフォーメーションの推進をAutodeskのテクノロジーとソリューションで支援します。

業務内容

• 製造、エンジニアリング、プラント業のネームドアカウント顧客に対し、顧客および社内外関係者と協働し、デジタルファクトリー・デジタルプラントのソリューションを提案します。

• Autodeskテクノロジーとソリューションのプリセールス フェーズにおいて、テクニカルディスカバリー、ソリューション立案、概念実証、デモンストレーション、テクニカルセールスのクロージングまでの業務を行います。

• 組織内の複数のレベルの顧客に対して、提案するソリューションを技術的な視点から解決する課題とその効果まで説明し、デモンストレーションを行います。

• 専門分野内でのビジネスプロセス、技術トレンド、ワークフローに関する包括的な知識を維持し、Autodeskの現行および新しいソリューションの価値を位置付けるために必要な洞察とガイダンスを提供し、「信頼できるアドバイザー」としての関係を築きます。

最低限の資格要件

• ５年以上の製造、エンジニアリング、プラント業界での実務経験

• または、５年以上の生産ライン、工場およびプラントの設計、施工、運用のためのソリューションやテクノロジーのプリセールス経験

• 製造、エンジニアリング、プラント業界におけるテクノロジー・ドライバーを理解し、将来のトレンドに関する知識を維持

• 最大30%までの出張が可能な能力

• 優れた口頭および書面のコミュニケーションスキル

• ビジネスレベルの英語力

• 製造、エンジニアリング、プラント業界における設計・施工・運用プロセスのデジタルファクトリー・デジタルプラントシステムの実践的な設計・実装・運用経験とこれらのシステムのプリセールス経験の両方

Position Overview

Autodesk has an exciting opportunity within our Named Accounts Technical Sales Organization, focused on Autodesk solutions for Manufacturing, Engineering and Plant industry. You will work in a hybrid position reporting diectly to the Technical Solution Manager in Japan.

We have an opening for a Solutions Engineer (Cross industry for Manufacturing, Engineering and Plant) that is a team player who will help our Named Account customers scope and define solutions for their Digital Factory/ Digital Plant system to connect all disciplines across the lifecycle of plants or factories. Your mission will be to work directly with customers to understand their technical requirements and define a technical solution based on Autodesk products and technology, collaborating with Account managers, Technical Solution Executives, Customer Success, and Consulting, to help our customers to drive Digital Transformation across their organizations.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers and internal/ external stakeholders for Digital Factory/ Digital Plant sales projects to Named Account customers in Manufacturing, Engineering, and Plant industries.

• Be responsible from technical discovery, solution planning, proof of concept, demonstration, and technical sales closing in the pre-sales phases.

• Explain and demonstrate the proposed solution from the technical challenges to be solved and its benefits, with a technical perspective, to customers at multiple levels within the organization.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of business processes, technology trends, and workflows within the area of expertise, and provide the insights and guidance to position the value of Autodesk's existing and new solutions and build relationships as a "Trusted Advisor".

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working in Manufacturing, Engineering or Plant industry.

• OR 5+ years of experience in pre-sales of software or systems for design, construction, and operation of manufacturing/ production lines, plants, and factories.

• Understand the technology drivers in Manufacturing, Engineering and Plant industries and have the insights of future trends in the above industries.

• Travel up to 30% may be required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Business level English language skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Autodesk solutions portfolio

• Hands-on experience with design, implementation, and operation of Digital Factory / Digital Plant systems in Manufacturing, Engineering, and Plant industries, as well as hands-on pre-sales experience with these systems.

• Experience in BIM (Building Information Modeling) or CDE (Common Data Environment).

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, plant or related industry. Master's degree holders are also welcome.

• Highly proficient in requirements gathering and discovery.
