As the Manager for the LATAM Partner Sales Team, you will build and manage a senior team of Partner Business Consultants focused on the Solution Providers serving our customers. You will inspire the team, lead by example and encourage progress and excellence. You will become a trusted advisor to C-Suite partner executives as you drive business excellence and deliver revenue impact for Autodesk and our Partners.

The Americas Partner Sales team is a sales organization accountable for the partner business at Autodesk, and the mission as the leader of the Partner Sales team in Latin America is to lead the partner relationship, influence partners through aligned execution, and accomplish outcomes that lead to new opportunities and mutual growth. You will report to the Sr. Director of AMER Channel team and is a remote position in either Brazil or Mexico.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of channel professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and lead team performance and achieve channel sales goals

  • Set clear sales targets, tracking and evaluating partner and team performance

  • Provide mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members

  • Develop a channel strategy with new and existing partnerships to increase revenue, market reach, and partner satisfaction, with an emphasis on new and expansion growth

  • Develop partner's evolution to expanding the Autodesk solutions with value added professional and consulting services, and IP development

  • Develop and enable a partner ecosystem to support customers with aligned capacity and capabilities

  • Evaluate partner agreement on our goals and ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership

  • You will build relationships with core partners and be a trusted advisor and advocating for the partner's voice internally, advocating for their needs and feedback to improve our products, services, and partner programs

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop the partner management strategy, ensuring understanding of our goals

  • Collaborate with teams, including sales, marketing, to align partner programs with business goals

  • Assist your team with Business planning, analysis of partner performance metrics, identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize partner performance

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AECo) and Design and Manufacturing industries

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience managing channel partners, core sales, channel sales, industry or solution selling, business development experience

  • 3+ years people management experience

  • Business proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English

  • Travel to LATAM-based partner offices (30%)
